Yes. Suppressors, SBRs, and SBSs are available in our catalog or our Silencer Shop dealer page. You check out there; we'll complete and certify the Form 4 here. Pickup is at our shop after ATF approval.

No KVF NFA transfer fee for items purchased through us, including our Silencer Shop dealer page. Incoming NFA from somewhere else is $100 per item.

No. NFA items purchased through our catalog or Silencer Shop dealer page will be picked up at KVF. We don't transfer NFA items to another FFL or SOT.

You'll be able to pick it up after the ATF approves your Form 4. We'll contact you to schedule an appointment. Bring a government photo ID that shows your physical address, and we'll complete Form 4473 at pickup. Items cannot be picked up before approval.

Yes, on site. We can send the fingerprint file to Silencer Shop and we use it for in-house ATF eForms. If Silencer Shop already has your prints, you usually do not need to do them again.

NFA items legal under federal law may generally be possessed in Maine when properly registered. Hunting with a suppressor is allowed in Maine without a separate state suppressor hunting permit; you still need federal ATF approval. See our NFA page for Maine IFW links.

No transfer fee for Title I firearms purchased through our online shop and received at Kennebec Valley Firearms for pickup. NFA / Class 3 fees are separate. See NFA transfers.

Incoming Title I (non-NFA) transfers from other sellers (GunBroker, other dealers, private party) are $20. NFA / Class 3 transfers from outside purchases are $100 per item. See NFA transfers.

Shipping to another FFL isn't available at checkout. If you need a different arrangement, contact us before you order. Otherwise, orders ship to Kennebec Valley Firearms.

Yes. We act as your receiving FFL. Provide the seller our license information and schedule your pickup appointment after we receive the shipment. Email info@kvfirearms.us before initiating the transfer.

Firearms and restricted items ship to Kennebec Valley Firearms in Bingham, Maine for transfer. Pickup and transfer is by appointment after we receive the item.

Accessories, optics, parts, and eligible ammunition may ship directly to your address where permitted by law. Mixed carts ship in separate packages.

Not always. Ammunition shipped to California, New York, Washington D.C., and Massachusetts ships to Kennebec Valley Firearms for transfer instead of your home address. Checkout will guide you based on your shipping address.

Orders are typically processed within 3–10 business days depending on distributor availability. You will receive tracking when direct-ship items leave our vendors.

Shipping charges depend on item weight, destination, and service level. Alternate-FFL arrangements require prior contact. Additional transfer shipping may apply.

Inspect packages on arrival and contact us promptly if anything arrives damaged or missing. Keep all packaging for carrier claims.

Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 10 business days of receipt. Unopened items in original packaging may qualify for return subject to restocking fees. See store policies for full terms.

No. Firearms are sold and transferred in accordance with federal, state, and local law. Once transferred to you, a firearm cannot be returned through our store.

Catalog inventory changes daily. If a listing contains an error, we will contact you before processing the order.

We will not knowingly ship prohibited items to restricted jurisdictions. Orders that cannot be lawfully fulfilled may be cancelled with applicable fees per our terms.

You must be 18+ for rifle/shotgun ammunition and 21+ for handgun ammunition. Some states require ammunition to ship to an FFL. Checkout will guide you based on your shipping address.

Handguns: 21 or older. Rifles and shotguns: 18 or older. The same ages apply to the matching ammunition (21+ handgun ammo; 18+ rifle/shotgun ammo).

Some accessory brands cannot be drop-shipped to your address and must be picked up at Kennebec Valley Firearms. Firearms always ship to KVF for transfer, regardless of brand.

No. PO boxes are not accepted for billing or shipping addresses at checkout.

Firearms and FFL-restricted items ship to Kennebec Valley Firearms for transfer. Eligible accessories and ammunition may ship directly to you in separate packages where permitted by law.

No. Kennebec Valley Firearms operates by appointment only from our licensed location in Bingham, Maine. There is no walk-in retail showroom.
