The Noveske N4 Carry Handle Diplomat 7.94" Upper is chambered in .300 Blackout and features a 7.94" 416R stainless-steel barrel with a 1:7 twist and pistol-length gas system. It includes a hand-polished Noveske Match Chamber, pinned low-profile gas block, extended hand-polished feed ramps, and a Noveske Pig Pen suppressor-compatible muzzle device. The upper features a 4th-generation precision-machined 7075-T6 billet carry-handle receiver with Armor Black Cerakote, a 7" NSR free-floating M-LOK handguard, Noveske Love Handle ambidextrous charging handle, and A2 rear/Scalarworks Peak/01 front iron sights.
